The Department of Computer Science and Information Systems is your source for technology-related majors.
Our computer science major is designed for students interested in computer programming and software development, while computer information systems is designed for those who are interested in computer technology and business but don't necessarily want to become a programmer. We house both majors under one roof, so that you will be better able to figure out which major is the right fit for you. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in internships to learn more about each of the fields.
